Decorating with Posters and Other Artwork

Do you have a casual, eclectic esthetic? If so, our posters, tin signs and canvases are just the thing to jazz up your empty walls. Not only are these pieces of art attractive to look at, but they bring back memories.

CONCERT POSTERS

Concert posters are among our best selling items. They are all printed on high qulity card stock to retain their vivid colors and would look great in your dorm room, den or bedroom.

Most of the posters in our collection are 11" x 17". They are shipped flat in a rigid cardboard envelope, so they arrive uncreased

Whatever your style, concert posters can fit in. For a formal look, frame them with or without a mat. For a more casual look, hang them directly on the wall. There are many methods for hanging them that won't damage your walls, such as

• Velcro Poster Strips
• Poster putty
• Removeable adhesive strips or double sided tape
• Binder clips & a nail

If you use any of these methods, be sure to put adhesive or smooth the poster out as you attach each of the four corners.

You can also create a faux frame using washi tape. Washi tape comes in many different widths and designs, and is available at most craft stores, and many  dollar stores.. To create faux frame, simply hold the poster straight on the wall while you attach the tape to each of the four sides.

ROLLED CANVAS POSTERS

Canvas posters are printed in vivid colors, rolled up and shipped in a tube. Most of our canvas posters are 12" x 16".

Canvas posters can be professionally stretched, or you may prefer to have them framed. If you want to frame a canvas poster yourself, you must first attached it to a rigid board or foam core that was cut to fit in the frame. Canvas posters can also be displayed without a frame, in any of the methods described above,

Wooden magnetic poster hangers are especially useful to hang canvas posters. Just put one wooden strip horizontally behind the top of the poster and the one with the string attached in front. The magnet will hold them together. Then do the same on the bottom. the weight of the bottom strips will weigh the poster down, keeping it flat. Then simply hang it on a nail in your wall.

TIN SIGNS

In the past, metal signs could only be found hanging in garages.Todays tin signs have come inside. They are an especially great choice for a home with antique decor since they generally have a muted vintage look.

Our tin signs are all approx 8" x 12" and have small holes punched in all four corners for nailing or screwing into the wall.

Our framed pictures come in a variety of styles and sizea. They are ready to hang. .
